Answers to frequently asked registration questions are answered below. Please review this section thoroughly before ordering.

What types of license are available for simAXS?
  1. Individual Workstation -Purchase of this license type enables you to run simAXS on a single developer workstation or server that is used exclusively by a single developer.
  2. 5-workstation Team Pack -This license allows the installation and use of simAXS on up to 5 developer workstations or servers.
  3. Site License -Purchase of a site license allows an organization to install simAXS on all of their workstations or servers at a single site. A site is defined as a physical location with a single address (i.e. a Building, Data Center, etc.)
  4. Enterprise License -Purchase of an Enterprise license entitles an organization to install simAXS on any number of workstations or servers any company location.
Regardless of your license type each installation of simAXS must have a valid registration key that is tied to the physical workstation hostname where simAXS runs. The simAXS programs and utilities will not run without a valid registration key.
How is simAXS delivered? How do I generate registration keys?
simAXS is delivered electronically. The setup program can be downloaded from this site. The program requires a registration key that you generate using the online registration key generator after the purchase of a valid license.
Can I purchase simAXS using a credit card?
Yes. Identicentric uses Google Checkout for credit card payment processing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Note that all sales are processed through Identicentric's parent company, Zetetic LLC.
How do I place an order online? When do I receive my license key after I place an order with a credit card?
In order to place an order online you will need to supply your contact details and credit card information. You will then have the opportunity to review the order before it is submitted. After you confirm your order we will be notified and we will charge your credit card. Once the payment process is completed we will notify you via email that your card has been charged. The email will include a link to download the simAXS installer and instructions on how to create registration keys using the online registration key generator. You will usually receive this confirmation of your order within 24 hours of submitting your payment information (during this time you are still free to run your evaluation copy of simAXS).
Can I purchase simAXS using a purchase order?
Yes. Simply contact us to work out the details. Note that all sales are processed through Identicentric's parent company, Zetetic LLC.
What does "3 month maintenance" include?
The 3 month maintenance that is included with a standard simAXS license entitles you to a free upgrade to the next major version of simAXS if it is released within 3 months of your purchase. Email support is included with the license.
What does "1 year maintenance and priority support" include?
The 1 year maintenance and priority support option entitles you to a free upgrade to the next major version of simAXS if it is released within 1 year of your purchase. By upgrading to priority support your email support requests will be given priority above requests from standard license holders. In addition, if we are unable to resolve your issue over email you will be able to contact us by telephone for advanced support.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We will usually be able to respond to email support requests within 4 hours during the normal US work day (9 AM - 5 PM EST). In some cases it may take us longer than 4 hours to respond, possibly up to 24 hours in some extreme cases. Support outside of business hours, on weekends, and holidays may be available but is not guaranteed.
What is the return policy for simAXS?
We offer a free 30 day evaluation of simAXS and encourage prospective customers to try out the features in their environment before purchasing. Therefore all license sales are considered final.
